Importance of Chartered Status
Achieving the Chartered Institute of Insurance mark is very significant to us at Firth & Scott, and is perhaps more so for our current and prospect clients.
In 2011, the Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII) awarded Firth & Scott the prestigious title of Chartered Insurance Brokers in recognition of our merit, capability and commitment to ethical practice.
Driven by an unwavering commitment to put our clients at the heart of everything we do, we always aim to provide the best advice and subsequent cover to suit your needs. The Charter Marque validated the high quality of service that we present to our clients at Firth & Scott, and it is this standard of service that we strive to uphold in everything thing that we do.
We meet our obligations in a number of ways:
- A commitment to the technical and professional development of staff, such as through professional qualifications
- All staff members who deal with clients are CII accredited, and adhere to its Code of Ethics
- We adhere to the CII’s continuing professional development requirements, ensuring our staff keep their knowledge and skill-set up-to-date
These are obligations that we will continue to meet, and as long as we are doing so, our clients know that they are getting a fair and independent service that is committed to their requirements first and foremost.
