The Highway Code is changing from Saturday 29th January 2022. The changes taking place are following a public consultation undertaken by the government’s Department for Transport, in order to improve road safety for those who walk, cycle and ride horses. The highway code is essential for all road users, and users should understand their responsibility for the safety of others.
